Error Canceling Subscription

    Trying to downgrade my plan to the free plan and it's throwing an error.

     

    Please downgrade my account to the free plan, please.

    Hi,

    I went ahead and manually cancelled your subscription and refunded you for the month you did not intend to pay for.  If there is anything else we can assist you with please let us know and we will be happy to help.
