I'm not able to open a previously created form to modify.

There are no "edit" buttons on MyForms area. It just shows the forms & there's no action I can take.

You are almost there, simply click the checkbox on the left of the form you wish to edit.  Then you should something similar to this:

Then just click on edit form and you should be all set.  Let us know if you are still having an issue and we will look into it further.
