Need help with custom quantity and calculation

Seems there is a problem... I cant access and add widgets to my form. :( I need it asap! I think you guys are updating? Payment options and widgets can't seem to be working properly!!! I just did a lot of my product lists and now it's all gone!!! :(

Though I see a little cut on the calculator widget which can be adjusted on its settings.

It's you! Haha. So glad to hear from you again. I can't seem to do it anymore.

Can you help me with the form calculation widget? It seems pretty easy but there is no option if the customer wants a higher quantity of different types of products that I am going to input on the form. It's not very useful with quantities.

We actually have purchase order tool under payment tools where you can setup products and add custom textbox quantity so user can input quantity of the item they want. Purchase order comes with built in calculation as well.
