This risks some people not answering the questions as intended.
I have seen this issue reported since 2012 - have you not got a solution yet? I have tried the nojump and it doesn't work for me. the form pages are not the same size so I cannot use an iframe as that leaves too much height on some of the pages. I need a solution please.
This is a biggie and not good user experience to not start at the top of a page.

I made some tests using the embed option and adding the nojump code to the url with the same results:
I forwarded this to our developers so they can analise this matter further. They will contact you via this thread onde they have an update on this.
Let us know if further support is needed and please accept our apologies on all the inconveniences.

9 days later and no word. Can you please see what the status is with this. This issue is on the forums since 2012 - why can't jotform find a solution?

I think you had removed your test page already here http://foveo.com/wpdemo/sample-page/registration/ . When I checked it, it says the page no longer exist.
If you can re-enable that test web page, I can also do some test.
Unfortunately, I could not test it in actual on your page anymore to at least check further and perhaps offer a different suggestion.
As an alternative, maybe you should also try adding the Scroll To Top widget on your form. What it does is, it allows manual scrolling to top of the web page with just a click of a button.
Just to let you know also, a bug ticket report had already been submitted to our higher team support regarding this issue. We will just have to wait for response from them for status update.

Sorry please see above. thanks

Thank you for the info.
I was now able to test the form on the website URL you provided, and I see what you meant that the next page is not automatically moving on top every time you use Next button of the form.
As mentioned previously, a bug ticket report had already been submitted and now assigned to our developer to investigate further. They will update this thread when they have status update available.
For the meantime, how about trying also my suggestion using the Scroll To Top widget. Perhaps it could help for users who wanted an immediate option to scroll to top on the long form.

Thanks Jonathan, I will await bug ticket report. This is long outstanding from what I have seen on the jotform forums.
Scroll to top widget is not the issue as users are not likely to realise that they are halfway down the form.

We are awfully sorry for the long wait, but I would like to inform you that the update we applied yesterday has fixed this bug.
Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
