How to edit the submitted form after updated through script?

Hi

My form need some changes and so i downloaded the source code and edited it to do my updation after that while i hosted the form , it shows all the updated form fields but when i click the Edit Submission link through the auto Responder /Notifier the fields that i updated cannot view in the edit form,all the old fields  and a non-updated jot form is viewed,

Please help me what to add with out"edit_link" in the Auto Responder /Notifier

or can i make changes through the script to edit my submitted form(updated).

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve your requirement.

Please be noted that the edit link will only/always load the form version which is in your JotForm account. There is no way to redirect it to your web page where you have embedded your form's source code. 

Edit link actually redirect you to a separate page where our server populates the fields from the back end.
