    What setting would cause even new submissions to return this error..

    Sorry only one entry is allowed.

    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.


    Could it be Email Validation?

    Most likely, your form's unique submission is set to either Loose Check or Stricit Check. Kindly set it to No Check, refresh the page and try to submit again.

    Thanks!  I decided to rebuild the form from scratch because it might have been corrupted somewhere.  After a refresh it would take one entry, and no more after that.

    Have you saved the form after setting it to No Check? Anyway, if you are okay with rebuilding the form, let us know. Otherwise, we'll take few mote steps to identify what's causing the problem.
