Made changes to the form, https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40475761181960, deleted the auto responder and notification emails, created new ones and now I am receiving the autoresponder email, but not the notification. Did actual submissions from our website, http://www.strongtowerranch.org/how-to-help/volunteer/
I can go to Jotform to see submissions, but don't know what I did different to not get notifications.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
If the issue persists, you may like to speak to your email service provider and find out if they are blocking any emails from "firstname.lastname@example.org". You may also have to ask them to white list of domain names to ensure email are delivered to inbox.
