I cant change my from name

When i follow the instrutions and get to the point where i select the 'from' field - i cant see any way of amending it - The drop downs only show my field values ?

You can add a hidden field on your form with the name you want to include as the Sender Name. 

Do the following: 

1. Add a text field and label it as desired

2. Add a default value - the Sender Name you desire for your email notifications. 

3. Hide the field

4. Select the field from the drop - down in the email configuration:
