My Jotform registration page on my website does not email all of the information to me that new clients have entered. It only gives me their email .

    Please help me to get this running prpoerly since each time someone registsers for a class I have to email them back to find out what they have registered for. My website is Thank you.

    Hello Colleen,

    What is your account username or the email address used in your profile. I am unable to find any details with your email address "". We would like to take a look at your form.

    The most likely issue is that you must have edited your email alert and then added the form fields in your form. Please be noted that if you edit your email alert, it becomes dirty. Then any changes you make to your form will not be reflected in your email alert and need to be added manually.

    Please delete your existing email alert and add a new one. Please be noted that a new email alert will always have all the form fields. The following guide should help you:
