Premium upgrade

    I upgraded to Premium. Plimus says: "Your order is currently being reviewed by our staff for quality purposes, this process is usually completed within a few minutes, however, please allow up to 12 hours to hear back from us."

    Now I can't retrieve any new submissions and nor can I pull up older orders.

    Please help!

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but are you still experiencing this issue? I've checked your account and found it to be on premium status. Your account and forms are good to go, and I can't see no reason why it would not work now.
