trying to edit jot form and it will not save the new form

We are updating our new senior rep form, and for some reason it will not save it with the updates, please advise so we don't have to reconfigure the form all over from scratch again

Did you see any errors when you save the form? Or perhaps it was a browser cache related problem, I would suggest to clear your browser's cache and check the form again. You may also try viewing the form using different browser. If the issue persists, let us know so we can check the form here.
