Having trouble showing (or hiding) a section of my form

I have tried reverse logic as well. This is the form and I want the contact information to show ONLY if any one of three possible conditions is met. Question: if not shown, are the required fields requirement still in effect or will being hidden over-ride this.

I noticed that conditional logic 2 & 3 conflicts with conditional logic 4. You can combine these three and just use "Show", either show the Follow Up Information section when the three field are matched or any of the three are selected.

If it's hidden by the conditional logic, the required field won't effect to that. The required validation will be rejected so to allow the users to submit the form.
