I had to upgrade my subscription last month due to quota being exceeded. I need to downgrade back to the free subscription because I do not anticipate that much activity this month. I clicked on the downgrade button but it has taken more than several minutes and I do not have confirmation that the service has been downgraded. Please help me downgrade asap.

Hello Grace,
Upon your request, I have cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until June 24, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
