    Hi,

I'd like to be able to back up my forms. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do this please?

I was thinking about copying the source code and saving it in a Notepad file on my laptop but would I be able to create a new form from this in the future?

We actually have a method called Form Revisions which keeps a backup of your form along with versions of it depending on if you have changed it or not. You will not lose your form as long as you have not done something to delete and purge the form from your jotform account which would also apply to saving the form's source code into a notepad file on your laptop. It may also be a good idea to clone it just to ensure that you have a copy of your form on your account as an extra precaution.
