adding code to html on the thank you page

hi there,  im haveing a few issues with embeding some code into the thank you page for my advertising company to track who uses the contact page. We can place the code into the page but for some reason it never saves it.

What code are you using which you have been trying to enter into the thank you page? I looked at your thank you page, but I can confirm that nothing is listed there in the page code.
