I want to cancel my account.

    Jotform has been wonderful to work with, but I no longer need this service.  In the future, should I need online forms, I'll be sure to get back in touch with Jotform.

    Hello newvmi,

    Upon checking your account I found that you have successfully cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until July 13, 2014 for the time you have already paid.

    Do get back to us if you want us to delete your account as well and we will do the needful.
