PTO request issues

    Problem: Respondents to one of the forms we're using can't complete the desired action without creating a Jotform account.

    User Story: We're trying to create a form that allows employees to submit PTO requests, and then sends those requests to the employee's manager for approval. The first part of the process works fine, but when the managers click on "Approve" or "Deny" in the automated email sent through the Approvals workflow we created, they have to sign in in order to approve or deny the request. Is it possible to set up this type of experience in a way that managers can just click Approve or Deny in the email (or even on a landing page) to finish the process, without needing to create an account and sign in?

    First check if the form is set to Public:

    If the form is already set to Public, please send a Loom video where the approver is asked to log-in to their account. Requiring approvers to log-in to their account is an option in the Approval Workflow. However, we recently disabled this feature and for me to forward this to our backend team, I would need something to show them that this issue is indeed happening at your end.
