    Access to Forms

Asked by KJPino  on June 18, 2014 at 09:43 AM

    Hello,

Someone built these forms for us and we had a problem with them and you helped us get them reactivated - thank you so much for your assistance!

But the person that built them for us is no longer with us and we do not have the information to access the forms - is there a way we can get a login to access these two forms so that we could make modifications to them rather than rebuildilng them from scratch?

    Thanks,
    KJPino

    Hi KJPino,

    Thanks for contacting with us.

I have checked your account, it's saying that you didn't sign up with jotform yet. If you need those two forms to edit then simply you should sign up with jotform from here and make a clone of those forms. It's to be noted that by cloning a form you'll not be able to get exist submissions of those forms, by cloning it'll be cloned the forms itself.

To clone a form, please read the instructions in the following link-

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Hope this may helps. If you need further assistance in this query, please get back to us.

    Cheers !
