Capture data on a partially completed form

Asked by Sassan   on June 18, 2014 at 04:19 PM

I have a multi-page form.  Some users complete first two pages but cancel out of the last page before submitting the form.  Is there anyway to capture the first two page data?

    Hi Sassan,

Unfortunately, you can't. You have to advise the user to submit the form OR, enable autofill feature to your form so they the submitter can come back to it later without loosing the partially completed fields.

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks

    Hi Guys,

This is devastatingly bad.  I want to move from survey monkey and have sent all day building a complex form with JotForm but not capturing the details from partially completed forms is crazy.

There MUST be a solution. PLEASE!

Most importantly on page one of the form I capture people's contact details.  What page 1 were to become a separate from that linked to the second form?  Could the details from the first form be piped to hidden fields on the second from?

    Thanks
