    The version that is emailed is unreadable.  How do I configure the program to email the very nice and readable PDF version?

    Hi there!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I assumed you were referring to the submissions PDF file on email notification. We're sorry though but we do not have a feature for customizing a submissions PDF file. They're automatically generated by the system and there's no available option to edit its format. However, the default PDF layout should be readable and organized according to your form fields.

    I have tried with one of my form just now and I am able to view the submissions PDF with a nice format using adobe reader app. Check the following screen.

    Can you please give us a little more details about how it's unreadable? Are you using adobe reader app when viewing the PDF file? I would recommend this as it's a good PDF viewer.

    Please update us here should you have follow up questions or if you need further assistance.

    Regards!

    This is what a submitted form looks like, and it is titled form.pdf.  It is pretty hard to read.  I am opening it in Adobe Reader v. 11.0 as I am unable to load the adobe reader app on my computer (Windows 7).  I have tried twice, and keep getting an error message that aborts the installation.

    @saint_john_parish

    Looks like you're converting the email into a PDF file. I would suggest to use the PDF version generated from our server instead as it comes with a nice and readable format just like what it shown on my previous screenshot.

    To add the downloadable PDF link to your email, just insert {pdf-link} tag in your form notification or you can click PDF Link on the form fields side bar. Check the following visual guide.

    Hope this helps!
