Is it possible to have a checkbox group with more than one fillable "Other" option?

At this time it is only possible to perform this with one field. In any case I will raise your input to the Development Team, so that they may evaluate the possibility of adding a check-box option to allow multiple text boxes for you to type in your values. Unfortunately I cannot promise this will be implemented nor can I provide an ETA for when this ticket will be processed. Nevertheless it is best for the Dev Team to evaluate this further.
