Smooth Signature: Not showing on Chrome

for some reason my form is not showing the signature field on Chrome and yes on Safari.  Please advise

It also shows correct on Firefox, but you are right, it won't show on Chrome.

I am reporting this to our developers so they can fix the Smooth Signature widget.

In the meantime, I recommend you to replace it by either e-signature or initials, developed by Jotform

There happens a problem if you use widgets in JS embedded forms. Kindly please re-embed your form within iframe until we fix this issue. Sorry for the toruble caused.

By the way widget seems working fine with in the form URL given on my tests.
