I have a clear form button on a multipage page, when I click it only clear the last page. Is there a way to clear the ENTIRE form and push the user back to the beginning of the form to start over?

I have tested your form thoroughly. I do see that this is happening due to having the AutoFill enabled. I have cloed your form and added a link that asks the user if they want to start over. Please try it out, do let us know if this works out for you.
