How do you paste name and e-mail from the first form to the main form?

How do you paste name and e-mail from the first form to the main form?

Is there a way to use more than one condition? For example, go to the main form compatible with the e-mail and a month of the year. Of course, the first and main form have both questions.

You can prepopulate the fields using URL parameter. Just add it after the session parameter.

email and name are the field names from your main form where you want the data to be prepopulated.

{email3} and {fullName3} are the field tags of the email and full name field from your first form.

You can find more information about prepopulating the fields here. http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters
