For some reason I need the confirmation mails for one of our forms should only be sent to the mail address TWO hours later then the subscription time.

Would this be possible to do on one or other way?

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. But this feature looks interesting, so, I am going to open a request to our developer to consider this feature. We cannot give you a timeframe though but we will notify you through this thread if this is feasible.

    We appreciate your idea.

    Hi,

I see that the ticket with our developers has been opened and that it is marked as an interesting feature, but for now the developers have been reassigned to other tasks.

Based on that I can not tell you exactly when this would be possible again, but as soon as this feature is added to JotForm you will be notified through this thread.

There is an alternative that you could do if you are interested?

The alternative would be to change the thank you page to a page on your website where you would capture the data submitted through the jotform while in the same time show similar thank you message.

Then on your server create an entry that would prepare the email and send it after 2 hours. This would require a database to be setup and php running with a cron setup to fire the sending of emails.

With that setup however you would be sending the emails from your own servers and through your own email account, it would not be sent over our servers.

If you would like to set your jotforms in such manner this would be a nice read:
