I have run out of free service and can't upgrade.

    The upgrade window justs stalls, can't proceed. I can't change password. Desperately need to upgrade.

    You can also reset your password using your email account.

    1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link in the Jotform login page https://www.jotform.com/login



    After you have successfully reset your password and able to logged in, please follow the steps to upgrade I provided to you in your other post here
