integrating form into Wordpress

    Hi -

    We have been using form ID 23224850995157 on the page at http://caspersfund.org/application-form/ . For some reason, it stopped working and I can't figure out how to get it working again. Help!

    The code for the form was probably stripped when switching from text to visual view. You most likely need to re-embed the form while in HTML view. I made a tutorial on my site on how to use a wordpress plugin for jotform: http://youtu.be/Dge16Jo6z4w. Using this would make it so that you can work in visual view without breaking the form.
