People still have problems with IE 9 and your forms embedded on one of my sites. I shouldn't have to ask any of the users to clear their cache when they first visit the pages...

    Hi there,

I have moved your question to a separate thread as it does not relate to the thread where you have posted your question.

I check your stand alone form on IE9 and it is working normally as expected.

I have also embedded your form on a clean html environment and it is working fine on IE9.

There's probably a script that conflicts or restricts the form from appearing on IE9 browser within your page. How about using iframe embed code? This prevents conflict and the form should work normally on your page even on IE browsers. https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Best Regards!
