We are a longtime customer, with no issue, but all of a sudden we are having a lot of them. First, our account was downgraded even though nobody downgraded us from our company. When I was made aware, I repurchased our upgrade, but we are still receiving messages from you that our limit has been reached and that we need to upgrade. What's going on?
Please let me know ASAP as our upload sysytem is vital to our business and we could be losing customers because of this situation.

Your account is currently over your premium limit of 10GB and is at 40.33GB. You can see where your account is currently in regards to its' limits by clicking on your account tab. I went ahead and reset your limits but I can only do so once per account and if you go over again, your forms will once again be disabled and we will not be able to reset them again. Here is the guide on how to change upload limits:
