Form Submission is very slow

We've been getting complaints about how slow our form is to submit. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to speed up the submission?

We were having some lag issues this morning on all ends.  All submissions and forum posts were going through, but were taking a few seconds, even for us.  If your users are still experiencing this issue, please let us know and we will be happy to look into it further.
