Cloning forms between accounts

    Hello.

    I have followed your how to guide for how to clone a form between two accounts (using a URL).  I have attempted this several times and failed each time.  Please see the attached screen shot which shows the form to be cloned on the left and the form that has come up when I have followed your step by step instructions.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    It appears you are trying to clone from an improperly formatted link.  Try using this one instead:

    http://www.jotform.co/form/32488617465869

    When I cloned from this URL I was able to create and identicle version of the one you desired.
