Need to downgrade my plan

    Hello,

      I need to downgrade from Premium to Free for a bit. How do I do this?

    Ps. I have looked on other blog posts, but nothing is working. Plimus won't let me reset my password. Can someone please cancel my account?

    Hi HSSimkins,

    As requested,we have cancelled your Premium JotForm subscription. You will no longer be billed in the future. The downgrade will take effect on 2011-09-07. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
