Problems with my Paypal pro Form: Merchant country unsupported.

    I have done integrating my Paypal pro account to a form:

    Everything went fine with the API process an the IPN.


    When I finally have done the form. I try it with a test charge and when I finish all the filled and try to send it. Here is what happens: 


    Merchant country unsupported.
    The merchant country is not supported.


    I need to know what Im doing wrong. I´m not selling any physical product. Im actually selling workshops, and I need that my users can buy them online but they have to attend to a place later. Also, Im selling online workshop that can be downloaded.


    How can make a form that could serve me in this to manners. The only thing I need to do is recolect a csv of the payments and names of the users.

    According to PayPal Developer materials, at this time PayPal Pro will only work with merchants from the US, Canada, and the UK. I am afraid that you can not use the PayPal Pro with Mexico based merchant account. You can contact PayPal Support to find out more information on it. We are sorry for the inconveniences.

    As an alternative to the PayPal Pro you might consider using a PayPal Standard.

    Well, it is really bad on your part to work with merchants from some selected countries only. I think it won’t make any big difference to allow PayPal Pro to support merchant accounts based in other locations. And if it will, please clarify why!

    That is beyond our boundaries, as explained, seems like PayPal Pro does only work with the mentioned countries. You may contact PayPal inquiring about that information.
