Review Entries Widget at the end of a multi-page form - no BACK optionAsked by Masalamedia on June 19, 2014 at 06:45 PM
If I put the REVIEW ENTRIES widget at the end of my multipage form, it doesn't offer an option to go back to a previous page of my survey. If I add my own <<- BACK NEXT--> buttons, they disable that widget.
So, basically, this widget can't be used on a multipage survey?
Hi, I just cloned your form and set the "back" button visibility to "visible":
That solves the issue, you can try my cloned version of your form here, if you have another question non-related to this one, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
I don't think you understood my issue - and the failure of the feature led me to delete it from my production form so your clone isn't a valid test case.
The problem isn't visibility of the BACK button on the PAGE BREAK feature.
The problem is that there is no BACK feature at all on the REVIEW ENTRIES widget.
In this example you start on page one, click NEXT to page two.. and on page two you can proceed to page three or go back to page one. BUT when you go to Page Three, the SUBMIT button has been replaced with REVIEW ENTRIES and there is no option to go back to page two.
Bottom line: REVIEW ENTRIES strands the user on the last page of a multipage survey.
This form clearly demonstrates the problem: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41698149673974?
I am sorry for not being clear on that, please try this example. Once you set the back button of the first page break to "visible", you will see that when you go to page Three there is the "REVIEW ENTRIES", and a back button:
