    Hello rezapdp,

If I understand your question correctly, you are talking about the submission email you receive. Is that correct?

I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you are using gmail email address to receive submission emails. Gmail does group all the emails together with the same subject line. You want to ensure that the emails are not grouped together?

Here are the steps to achieve your requirement:

    1. Add one "Unique ID" widget in your form.

    2. Go to your form's notification email template, and add the "Unique ID" field name in the Subject Line of your email template. Please check the screenshot below:

This will ensure that every submission email you receive will have a unique ID in the subject line which will ensure that emails are not grouped.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!
