My form will not submit, when including the "Driving Distance Calculator" WidgetAsked by vigon1988 on June 20, 2014 at 10:47 AM
I created a new form using the driving distance calculator widget, and when I click "submit" it just stays at "Please wait..."
new form please wait and
I did check your form where you have added the "Driving distance" widget but I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in your web page? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you for the prompt response. I have been receiving your submissions via confirmation emails.
For some reason I am still unable to submit the form myself. It is not embedded on our site, we are just using the URL link. I am using it in Google Chrome, and it just stays stuck in "Please wait..." after I click submit. Should I try using a different browser?
UPDATE: So I tried filling out the form using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome, and I was able to submit the form. But I am still unable to submit the form while using Google Chrome. Any idea as to why?
Sadly, I am unable to recreate the problem on my end using Chrome.
May I ask what version of Chrome you are using? Also, can you please tell us if the form is embedded on a website? If so, may we ask for the URL of the webpage where it is embedded?
