Portion of form not showing up

Why isn't the rest of my form showing up?

Our records show that you are over your free account limits for secure submissions.  We allow for 10 SSL based submissions or payment submissions per month for our free accounts and you currently show as having 12.  Any time you embed one of our forms in an HTTPS secure page, the submission will be sent over an encrypted channel and count towards your total.  Our least expensive subscription plan allows for up to 1000 of such submissions.  He is our guide on SSL submissions:

We can reset your limits once per account so I went ahead and did so.  You should have access to your forms again but please be mindful that if you go over the limit again without upgrading, there is nothing further we can do.

My forms still not showing the lower portion.

Hi,

I cloned your form so I can take a closer look to your form. What seems to be causing the problem is an invalid value on your conditional logic.

Kindly fix the conditions according to the selected value.
