I created this web site on my apple computer. I wanted to know if this is a problem for people that are on a different type of computer.
Someone registered at 12:21AM this morning and got through twice. Other people have told me they have registered but I have received any notification by email.
This is my livelihood and am not sure what to do. I called my hosting company and they said it works from their side. I need help and NOW. I registered and paid my monthly fee to you so what is happening.
Please reply as soon as possible.

Your form has a Paypal payment tool integrated in it. That means that whenever users submits your form, they will be redirected automatically to a Paypal payment page. If the user does not complete the payment and simply closes the transaction window, the submission will be classified as Pending and will not count as a valid submission. Thus, notifications will not be sent to your e-mail address.
As I check your account, I found a couple of pending submissions in your form. There are 9 of these unpaid registrations to be exact.
Go to My Forms, click on your registration form then click the Submissions button in the toolbar.
Click the Pending Submissions button to view details for these unpaid registrations. Note that clicking the "Complete" button will not change the fact that these are not paid.
