I can't get the curser to click to give me a place to type..

    Problem 2:

    After I reply to one customer and try to respond to another, I can't get the curser to click to give me a place to type..Please advise, thanks Marti 530-891-5120  domy@sbcglobal.net

    Hi there!

    Am I right that you're talking about replying the submission on your form submissions page?

    Note that the Reply button will automatically enable itself if a submission contains email address, otherwise, it is disabled and therefore cannot be clicked if a submission does not have email address.

    I have tried reproducing the problem you have identified but everything is working normally here.

    When I reply to one customer it works fine, but when I want to reply to the second customer, I can't get a cursor without completely leaving the site and returning..

    In order to reply the next contact, you can click on the forward arrow.

    At any rate, it will be more practical if you can create an autoresponder, rather than doing manual auto replies.
