How to forward the e-mail form to others as configured.

Hi we like this app but I do like to set the record routing done on the form to other coworker if I am unable to answer the email

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to send submission email to some other person as well? There are two different ways to send submission emails to multiple email addresses:

1. You can simply add one more notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

2. You can add multiple email address separated by comma and a space in the recipient email address of your notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
