I've been using jotform on a website for 2 + years with no problem, but for the last month we are not getting email notifications.
I can see new forms on jotform.com but can't see why the notifications have stopped to either of the 2 email addresses.
I have now started a new form but this also is not sending notifications when forms submitted. Help.

Your email notification setup looks good. I've checked both email address on our bounce list and they are not listed. I can also see that emails were successfully sent on both address according to our mail logs. Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder? Since you are hosting your own email, I would suggest you whitelist JotForm's Domains and IP Addresses.
