    Changes made on thank you page are not saved.

    I have set up once a Thank You message and it worked. Now I have changed it and changes are not saved : I get always the first message (I have cleared cache).

    Can you help ?

    Could you let us know if that is  the one that should be there? When editing it, please take a screenshot to upload it here, make sure to click "finish" and save it. I have cleared your form´s cache, also try clearing your browser´s cache before editing the message.

    Hello letpa,

    Unfortunately, we are unable to see the image you have shared. I would suggest you to please share the screenshot once again and we will take a look. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    Do you actually do not want to display the "Thank you" message which is being currently displayed on your form (as shared by my colleague"? I did check your form and found that you have added a condition where if the field " Nom et prénom" is filed then you are displaying some custom thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

    You can either delete this condition if not required or edit the thank you message.
