I see this is the thank you message of your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40255246186353:

Could you let us know if that is  the one that should be there? When editing it, please take a screenshot to upload it here, make sure to click "finish" and save it. I have cleared your form´s cache, also try clearing your browser´s cache before editing the message.

This is not the good one. The good one should be :

    Thank You

    Hello letpa,

Unfortunately, we are unable to see the image you have shared. I would suggest you to please share the screenshot once again and we will take a look. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

Do you actually do not want to display the "Thank you" message which is being currently displayed on your form (as shared by my colleague"? I did check your form and found that you have added a condition where if the field " Nom et prénom" is filed then you are displaying some custom thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

You can either delete this condition if not required or edit the thank you message.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    It worked.

Your tutorial about changing message conditions was very helpful.

Thank you for your reactivity and involvement.
