Can our email notifications be numbered?

Numbered email notifications would really help us keep track of registrations as they come in to make sure we aren't missing any. Is there anyway to make this happen that I'm missing?

Though it is not possible to number your notifications but there is an another way to achieve your requirement. Instead of numbering your notification, you should number your submissions. Here are the steps you should follow to achieve your requirement:

1. Add a "Unique ID" widget in your form. This will generate a unique number for every submission you receive. The unique number will also be a serial number.

2. Go to your form's notification email alert and add the "Unique ID" name in the "Subject" of your email template. Please check the screenshot below:

Once the above steps are complete, every submission email you receive will display the serial number which can be used to track if you are missing any submissions.
