    Can my "filled out" forms be sent to my email directly?

    Hello, before purchasing the mid level package I would like to know if all of my "filled out forms" must be managed on this site.  I own a business where I'm trying to eliminate the back and forth of emailing where a form would be perfect, BUT I will need them to attach pictures and information of the work needed and was wondering if filled out forms will or can be sent directly to my personal email (a yahoo account if that matters).

    Hello Derrick,

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirements with JotForm. 

    I will need them to attach pictures and information of the work needed

    To allow your user to be able to upload files, you will have to add the "File Upload" field in your form. You can add any desired number of form fields to collect the information of the work. The following guides should help you to get started and create your form:

    Yes you can configure any email address of your choice to send the submission emails. You need to simply change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification email alert. The following guides should help you:
