What happens if responses exceed quota?

I'm in the process of building up a Church website. It will be a little while before we would need to move to a paid plan.  My questions are about what will happen when usage reaches the 100/month response level.

    1.  Can responses in excess of 100 be recovered by upgrading at that time?

    2. What notification will I receive that the quota is exceeded and what details will it include?

I've been impressed with the tool so far and am looking forward to using it  with our site.

    Hello Scott,

    1.  Can responses in excess of 100 be recovered by upgrading at that time?

Please be noted that in free account, you can only receive up to 100 submissions. Once you reach 100 submission, warning email will be sent to you informing you that you have reached your submission limit. You will be given sufficient time to upgrade your account. In this grace period, you will continue to receive submissions. If you do not upgrade your account in this time frame, all your forms will be disabled and no one will not be able to submit your form.

    2. What notification will I receive that the quota is exceeded and what details will it include?

As I have mentioned above, the warning email will be sent to you which will inform you that you have reached your submission limits. Please be noted that we also send you an email when you are reaching close to your submission limits.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
