Error message occurring that quota which was allocated has been reached.

    Hello Jotform folks,

    The company which carries my website, Agent Advantage, is being phased out.  On my website, there is a Contact Form created through/by Jotform (which was originally created by a design person at AA) is no longer working.  I have never encountered this error message before.  I called AA and they indicated that they could not provide support for this error.  This Contact Form is probably the single most important tool on my website.  Please contact me to discuss a remedy for this issue - as soon as possible is greatly appreciated!

    Unfortunately I could not find the form in your website. I kindly ask you to share with us the website link where the form is so we can investigate further this matter.

    Is this the standalone version of the form?

    The standalone version of the form is working properly and the account is active and within limits.
