jotform submissions are failing because of oAuth2 token error

    submissions for the following form suddenly started failing, though the form is properly filled out. The error dialogue says...


    Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: '{ "error" : "internal_failure" }'

    please fix and respond ASAP as many people rely on this form.

    Hello Bob,

    This is caused by expired tokens for Google integrations. To get around this, simply remove your form's current integration to Google, then create a new integration.

    My colleague's instructions on this page will walk you through how to do just that.
