When entering my Infusionsoft information I am entering my APP Name pyxxx and the API Key ( which is Encrypted Key and set up previously)
I am receiving a message that says cannot retrieve user details. Can you direct me as to how to properly intergrate my IS account?

I have reset my API key, and I have spoken with Infusionsoft - and I have also added the APP Name every way possible also - thinking that may be the issue and that has not helped either.
Grateful for a fix with this issue.
