Mostra apenas a opção NÃO CHECAR.
Desde já, agradeço
Jean

Hi Jean,
Just to clarify, Unique Submission and Unique Question are 2 different feature of the form.
Please check the 2 user guides about them
1. -How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
2. -How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
You can actually also use both of this feature on the same form.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need more assistance.
Thanks!

The reason is that form limits based on Unique Questions will work only on any input type such as Email fields , plain Text fields (single text box tool highlighted in red in the screenshot ) or drop down selectors.
It will not work for Full Name, Phone or (Postal) Address because they each consist of multiple text boxes. Also, it won't work for Text Areas (the tool immediately under the Text Box in the Form Tools menu).

Oi,
Sim, eu entendo que deveria funcionar somente para: E-mail fields, single text box or drop down selectors.
Mas aí está o problema, pois meus formulários não me permite unique question nem para esses campos.
Vejam a imagem abaixo, um form com:
1- E-mail fields, (E-mail)
1- single text box (NOME)
1-drop down selectors (CICLO)
E nenhum aparece para marcar UNIQUE QUESTION.

Obrigado

So odd. I've found out that the field label alignment to right is causing the issue to happen. Moving field labels to Auto, top and left would resolve the issue.
Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check the cause and fix this. For now, while waiting, consider moving the field labels to left or top or auto.
Thanks

Sim
com alinhamento à esquerda funcionou mesmo.
Poderei usar assim, até que seja solucionado o problema.
Obrigado

You certainly have the right to continue using it for the time being if you want to proceed with it that is. It may be a little while before one of our developers is able to look into the issue depending on their workload ahead of here. But, rest assured we will have someone look into this problem as soon as possible. Once more is known and it's fixed we will update you here.
