I locked myself out of the account

    I use lastpass and it didnt save the generated password, I dont seem to get any reset passwords emails and the one I got was like this

    JotForm 3.0

    font-family:Verdana, Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;

    useless,

    I sent a password reset request to the email associated with your account and our mail log shows that the email was sent:
